If one wants to drop kg’s, it doesn’t take a total shift of diet but modification of lifestyle. There has to be discipline in both eating habits and workout.

My focus as a personal trainer is to educate you to be able to train yourself for a long term healthy lifestyle to achieve your health and fitness goals in a safe, fun and efficient manner. My sessions are fun and interactive, including core, partner and bodyweight based exercises that are still challenging enough to keep you coming back for more. I believe in being able to move your body is more important to move any weight.

Believing in a positive, complete healthy lifestyle in all aspects of one’s physical, mental, emotional & spiritual self. I believe when you are in great physical shape you feel upbeat, more efficient, and have the ability to more effectively handle life’s up’s and down’s, ultimately getting the most out of life.
